The Role:


Job Responsibilities;
*To apply all his experience, leadership and managerial skills to ensure work programs are executed in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
*Establish and retain complete operational understanding of the current operation / work.
*Maintain professionally communicate with all Service Providers Supervisors to ensure they fully understand the importance of their role in the effective execution of the work.
*He will-not / should-not normally give direct instruction to crew members unless mutually agreed between himself and the relative Service Providers Supervisor. Direct instruction to the crews or individual crew members must-be / should-be given by the Service Providers Supervisors or his delegate.
*To establish and maintain a solid technical understanding of all tools run in the well / used onsite - including but not limited to: completion assemblies (multiple zone lower completion / Y-tool upper completion), down hole pumps, slickline tools, wireline tools, guns, well clean-out assemblies, bridge plugs, setting tools, etc.
*To establish and maintain a basic technical and operational understanding of all Well Services and Intervention disciplines, including but not limited to - Hydraulic Workover, Stimulation, Nitrogen, Slickline, E-Line, Coiled Tubing and Fishing.
*He MUST establish and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the use of all pressure control equipment and related operating procedures.
*To establish and maintain a basic technical and operational understanding of contractor's surface equipment.
*Participate in refining work practices, work programs and execution of same by identifying and reporting procedural inefficiencies, equipment deficiencies, training requirements and personnel competence deficiencies.
*Knowledge: At least Secondary / High school education, with a drilling background or extended experience in Oilfield mechanical / hydraulic

Qualification:
*Minimum of 10 years with 5 years in an offshore Supervisor position.
*Skills: Mechanical aptitude, Accurate and factual, Problem solving skill
*Required Certificates: Well Intervention Pressure Control Program, IWCF Level 4
*Tropical Further Offshore Emergency Training (T-FOET)
*Medical Certificate (Fit to Work)
*First Aid Training Certificate (if available)
*H2S Training Certificate (if available)
