The Role:
To assist in the maintenance of effective administrative procedures in the UK Sales office, mainly order entry, purchasing, dealing with related queries and
to provide excellent customer service.

Main Accountabilities

· Contract review of quotes to orders
· Order Entry
· Raising and process purchase orders
· Dealing with customer queries
· Dealing with queries from other parts of the business
· Invoicing
· PMU order progressing
· Complaint resolution
· Cash collection
· Baswear invoice matching

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
· Knowledge of general administration
· Background in customer service
· Knowledge of SAP, BOL, Excel and Word
· Project executions and recovery
Have to have excellent oral and written communication
skills
