The Role:
Our client is seeking an Environmental Monitoring Advisor on a 12 month contract, based in their Brisbane office. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing / approving ecological survey reports to ensure consistency and compliance with Company's Environmental Approvals (EAs)
  • Completing and coordinating internal environmental approvals as part of the Company's Upstream Delivery
  • Process (UDP) for both greenfield / brownfield projects - including coordinating conditions on noise, crossings, amenity and environment
  • Developing and preparing associated EA Amendments and Clearing Permits
  • Cleansing of data and uploading of ecological reports in accordance with EA conditions
  • Provision of advice to the Asset Planning team on environmental compliance of proposed Greenfield / Brownfield scope
  • Liaison across the business to ensure continued and consistent alignment between the Access Team (Permits, Asset Planning, Land Access) and Company Environment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in relevant field
  • Extensive experience in similar role
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
