The Role:
The role will support the Fleet team with the end-to-end management of company's light and heavy vehicles located at a specific site.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
*Coordinate all preventative maintenance and repair activities, including off-site vehicle servicing, organising transport of vehicles to/from site as required, and ensuring currency of items such as first-aid kits and fire extinguishers.
*Manage pool vehicle fleet, including management of bookings and overall vehicle upkeep.
*Arrange Certificate of Inspections for heavy vehicle and cranes.
*Vehicle spot-checks and inspections to ensure safety and quality of vehicles.
*Inspect and receive new vehicles
*Coordinate transition of old / new vehicles with various teams in the field.
*Support decommissioning of old vehicles.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Previous experience with Fleet related role, including basic knowledge of fleet management and vehicles.
*Strong Microsoft office tools.
*Ability to travel domestically / regionally as required.
*Valid Australian car driver's license.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
