The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage project processes, reporting, data management and general support to the Brownfields Projects teams. This position will be based on Curtis Island, reached by daily Ferry

Reporting to the Brownfield Projects Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Coordination of the Midstream Brownfield Projects management system to ensure compliance
* Facilitating project governance process (approval stages, funding requests, responsibilities etc.)
* Performing planning and reporting for project portfolio
* Performing all required cost forecasting and reporting requirements in collaboration with Cost Engineer
* Effective interface/liaison with the accounting system
* Facilitate the preparation, presentation, minute keeping and action tracking for all Midstream Brownfield Projects governance, performance and team meetings
* Record Management including developing and managing systems for storage, archiving and retrieval of project records
* Document and report status of the Brownfields Project effectiveness and KPIs
* Coordinate the safe execution of allocated portfolio of projects within scope, schedule and budget consistent with Opportunity Realisation standard, Management of Change process and HSSE regulations

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience in the project management of Brownfield project portfolios on operating oil, gas and LNG plants
* Demonstrated experience in the above mentioned functions of this role and have performed these functions either at a stand-alone site or a site remote from corporate support
* Experience in interfacing with range of stakeholders including discipline specific contractors to support delivery of technical requirements
* Advanced skills using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with Incident management databases
* Experience with Risk Management data base would be desirable but not essential
