The Role:
As a Customer Support Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of services provided by the business. This will include scheduling of training provided to customers; ensuring all relevant documentation is completed, through to supporting sales teams and supporting the handling of orders and documentation tasks.

This will also include:

* Acting as the point of contact for customers booking training courses & requesting information
* Handling any training enquiries, reserving course dates, receiving orders, processing and invoicing
* Administration of any customer requests for assistance in visa applications (creation of invitation letters and supply of relevant information
* General training course administration (production of training course notes, joining instructions, sign in registers, maintaining stock levels for training course suppliers
* Liaising with venues to ensure that training room is prepared, organising catering, availability of equipment and the preparation of training certificates
* Support in the management of training databases (collection & collation of student registration information, attendance records and course information. Providing customers with results and information
* Support the Head of Training calendar and inbox whilst absent or undertaking training

Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and driven approach with the ability communicate across all levels within a business, and have the confidence to communicate directly with customers. If you have recently finished a degree or high education qualification, and are looking to forge a career within a global and innovative business that can offer excellent training and development opportunities, then this could be the role for you!

* Good verbal and written skills
* Able to read and understand instructions
* Good level of IT skills with experience using MS Office
