The Role:
Our client specialise in delivering products, systems, service and software solutions as part of its comprehensive power & automation offering for the grid across the power value chain - serving utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure customers.

You as a B2B Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. You are responsible for defining and implementing the global marketing strategy, proactively managing the global marketing action plan to both achieve the key qualitative and quantitative target in a profitable way and to ensure customer satisfaction

* Partnering with sales and product management teams to identify key growth areas and sales priorities.
* Building the strategy for integrated multi-touch, targeted demand generation campaigns both for existing and net new logos.
* Identifying and analyzing customer outcomes, key personas & account profiles, target segments, and develop relevant value propositions and differentiators.
* Developing the multi-layered messaging for campaigns, high-level narrative, messaging sequencing and call to action tactics.
* Audience-centric content development for integrated marketing campaigns, including campaign assets and campaign collaterals.
* Orchestration of cross-functional teams and vendors, delivering effective and cohesive marketing programs to achieve key business targets and outcomes.
* Leading the end-to-end integrated campaign management, including campaign ideation, creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
* Bringing an audience-centric approach to planning and overseeing campaign strategy, designing the buyer's journey throughout the life of a campaign.
* Ensuring end to end execution - strong digital support, well integrated outbound, inbound, webinar and event strategy skills.
* Advising on the right mix of marketing channels, drive omni-channel demand generation marketing campaigns with strong focus on inbound.
* Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in B2B.
* Solid writing skills and proven experience in content development.
* Strong digital marketing experience - paid search, content syndication, display, social, outbound.
* Fluent command of English, both written and spoken; fluency in a second language is an advantage.
* Proven experience in partnering with Sales team(s), identifying growth areas for business based on market analysis and field team's feedback. Ability to drive strong alignment with sales organization.
* Ability to discover, learn and implement new digital tools and approaches.
