The Role:
This role requires an AAT part/qualified candidate who is organised, has a good attention to detail, advanced excel skills, access database knowledge and business warehouse tools experience
Must be good talking to customers on the phone

1. Commercial reporting - Provision of regular insightful commercial reporting that monitors business performance against established targets including Total Demand Orders (Client & 3rd Party), Revenues and Gross Margin, Net Price Variance (NPV) by customer, product, channel and sales engineer.
2. Business Performance - Establishing processes and developing reporting and analytics that monitor customer, product, channel profitability, cost to serve calculations, customer support and marketing activities and personal expenses development. Identifying trends, potential risks and opportunities to drive both financial and commercial performance.
3. Customer rebate management - Developing and maintaining a robust & efficient end to end process to manage customer rebate agreements. Ensuring both customer and Group (Gross to Net) reporting and payment calculations are prepared accurately and on a timely basis.
4. Pricing management support - Provide support to Pricing Management Specialist in maintaining robust, SOX compliant customer and product pricing information on core systems (SAP and SAP BI) and the provision of ad-hoc analysis that focuses on achievement of a positive Net Price Variance.
5. Data Gathering - Establishes processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensures high quality and compliance in line with defined standards & financial closing schedules.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Self starter, organised, analytical and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft skills required including Excel, Access and Powerpoint
