Home-based Role

This is the perfect opportunity for a technically-minded sales professional to move into an ever-changing industry, to join a company that is going from strength to strength following recent acquisition, and the chance to sell a hugely varied portfolio of products and services…..

As a Sales Specialist, you will be tasked with delivering and securing the service order budgets for the business, across a wide range of technologies including SCADA & Automation, sold into industries including Transmission & Distribution, Infrastructure, Industrial and Transportation to name a few.

The service offering will range anywhere from product upgrades, service & maintenance contracts through to the additional offerings of cyber-security, software solutions and consultancy services.

This will require a mix of Key Account Management and New Business Development skills, where you will work closely with the existing team to understand and manage enquiries to strategically plan/prioritise your sales pipeline across the UK.


The Person:

The attitude of this person is the most important thing. You don't need experience of the industries mentioned above, all you need is a drive and a motivation to win business and maximise your sales pipeline.

Technical knowledge of Automation would be an advantage, but the application or industry you have worked in previously isn't important as long as you have the right attitude.

This is a business that can support in growing your knowledge and provide the necessary training.
