The Role:
Our client is seeking a driven and motivated candidate to join the team based in Stone, Staffordshire (the role can also be worked out of the Warrington office)

The position will be reporting to the Business Development Manager supporting the Spare Parts business as a focus area for growth.

Generating spares sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within this designated area.

Focus on installed base penetration and sell the entire spares product portfolio in collaboration with other service units and factories.

Build long term customer relationships

Support the Business Development Manager in determining the most appropriate and cost-effective solution and in the preparation of tender documents.

Contribute and drive the overall growth of the business as well as new business opportunities.

Prepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements.

Deal with regular reports - i.e the status of the bids/estimates/quotations

Developing cross business opportunities

Act as a marketer/salesperson of company products during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

Agreeing and processing of purchase orders for relevant factories including Completion of delivery documents and arranging shipment in conjunction with the stores department or factories. Invoicing delivered orders in a timely manner

Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong team working skills
PC literate preferably with Microsoft Office skills
Drive and motivation
Accuracy and attention to detail.
UK Driving Licence


Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in a sales environment preferred but not essential
ONC or HNC in Electrical Engineering of benefit but not essential  
Experience working in a sales environment preferred but not essential
Knowledge of the power products
