The Role:
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be directly responsible for strategic and operational HR activities across several UK facilities, whilst also sitting on the European Management team to drive HR strategy across the Northern European region.

You will act as a local HR Business Partner to two facilities in the UK supporting Production, Engineering, R&D, Sales and Finance whilst across Northern Europe you will support in the strategic implementation of HR Strategy. This will also involve acting as functional manager to the HR Business Partners in different locations across France, Sweden, Benelux, Norway and Finland.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a Senior HR Business Partner role ideally for a global, matrix organisation alongside the following:

* Significant HR experience working at Senior Management team level.
* Masters' Degree (preferably in an HR related area)
* Strong influencing, verbal and written communication skills.
* Business acumen to understand the business strategy and how HR can support it.
* Excellent customer orientation and collaboration skills.
* Employee relations, people development [including apprentice and graduate development], coaching and performance management experience.
