The Role:
As a Service Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with supporting key accounts across the Marine industry in delivering and managing Service requirements from initial enquiry through to completion. This will involve communicating directly with senior figures in the business, but also generating quotations, qualifying technical specifications with relevant engineering teams through to generating purchase orders with the customer. From here, you will then be responsible for ordering spare-parts and scheduling work to ensure first-class service to customers throughout while providing regular updates to customers.

* Coordinate and manage all service/repair activities together with customer.
* Liaise with UK wide service teams to gather and provide updates for customers.
* Ensure accurate technical specifications per customer requirement.
* Register all necessary data on ERP system to ensure accuracy.
* Work closely with technical specialist on any bespoke requirements.
* Continuously improve on processes to ensure successful task and team performance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The successful candidate, will have a background in co-ordination or administration of engineering activities with a background in service being ideal, but not essential. You will also have:

* A basic technical understanding of engineering, with the ability to communicate and understand technical details.
* Strong communication skills, while being able to deal with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Although not essential, working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a willingness to take on new challenges and develop your skills.
