The Role:
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to specialise in the planning, organising and management of all service engineers to ensure successful execution of service projects, during all stages of the project life cycle from HS&E, Project Management, Quality Systems to Customer Focus. An all-encompassing role with exposure across all elements of the service business, you will be based in Dublin targeted with delivering fantastic customer service and efficient allocation of resources.

So, what will you be doing?

Single point for customer
* Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with customer. Manages customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication.

* Coordinates, plans, schedules and oversees all daily/weekly/monthly activities for of all Service jobs with necessary resources, Internal and contractors, spare parts and logistics for site. Responsible for PPE stock and scheduling of monthly tool box talks.

Contract management
* Manages customer satisfaction by ensuring that Power Grids fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements. Ensures the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed. Reviews the scope of the work and ensures that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.

Service order process
* Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.

Reporting and documentation
* Manages all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.

* Cooperates and coordinates activities with other business unit and teams to harmonize Service activities and to maximize Service sales at every opportunity. Ensures the transfer of Service findings to the product/system Local Business Units for improvement of their offerings.

Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* SAP experience and excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP, MSA etc.)
* Organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage peaks in workload.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees both in person and via telephone.
* Extremely detail conscious and numerate - can demonstrate great administration skills.
* Good analytical skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
