The Role:
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Telemarketer/Telesales Executive to work closely with the Electrification service sales team to generate sales leads. This will involve calling potential new clients, ensuring maximum sales penetration is achieved from existing known bases, as well as running strategic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and open doors for the external sales team into new customers
* Communicate regularly with the market via various marketing channels, ie. linked in etc.
* Generate an install database
* Contact prospective customers by telephone to promote company services
* Obtain contact details of potential customers from available sources
* Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
* Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
* Identify opportunities for servicing and maintenance activities on the large installed base of products
* Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
* Utilization of prospect/activity tools and systems, and update of relevant information held in these systems
* Monitor prospects, market and competitor activities and provide the relevant reports and information
* Contribute to the sales team within the EL service businesses and ensure collaboration and sharing of information and opportunities

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Skilled in negotiation
* Persistent and results-oriented
* Patient and able to handle customer rejection
