The Role:
Key Accountabilities:
During Execute, the Integration Engineer will be expected to work under the direction of the Electrical Commissioning Lead Engineer or Commissioning Managers to:
* Provide HSSE Leadership to the project in accordance with the Upstream Safety Leadership Principles, GPO Personal Safety and Contractor HSSE management guides.
* Develop a deep understanding of the business and project objectives ensuring the two are integrated.
* Competently develop and document the strategies and plans for Execute phases.
* Oversee key areas of work during Electrical Package / Brownfield fabrication and commissioning phases of the project as directed by the delivery line.
* Participate in the development of effective internal interfaces between Regional Operations, HSSE, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Quality teams.
* Participate in the development of effective external interfaces between, Engineering Contractor, Brownfield Topsides Fabricator, Package Suppliers and other major contractors across the project.
* Support the Risk and Opportunity Management process.
* Review and update of key project management documentations as the project progresses

During the Package Delivery, the Integration Engineer will be expected to support new Switchgear Module delivery team in key areas of scope, in accordance with GPO performance management guidelines and collaborative contracting principles, and ensure that the key project objectives relating to safety, quality, cost and schedule are met.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements * Strong HSSE bias and experience influencing front-line HSSE issues
* Demonstrate behaviours which promote a safe and environmentally responsible work process in all aspects of the job
* Experience of influencing or providing leadership within successful, high-performing teams,
* A high level of proven communication, interpersonal and people management skills
* Proven experience of effectively interfacing and working together with Fabrication contractors and with multi-discipline site teams,
* Familiar with practices and the latest international standards that assure integrity through construction and commissioning
* Experience of project management across the project life-cycle, from engineering to operation
* Significant experience of electrical Construction & Commissioning, including knowledge of associated codes and practices.
* Experience of effectively interfacing and working together with Design / Construction Contractors and Operations entities.

Desirable Criteria:
* Team leadership roles and participation on high-impact teams.
* Commercial and contract management experience. Previous experience in similar role.
* Relevant experience working within collaborative contracting environments,
* Relevant experience working with GPO risk management practices, including the development of risk action plans for potential high consequence risks
* Previous experience with completions systems and processes
* Familiar with Management of Change processes
* Previous experience of Brownfield Power Management System expansion
* Previous experience of offshore power grid expansion / modification projects
