The Role:
Principal Accountabilities:
- Security point of contact for the delivery team to assist, guide and deliver security risk management for the project.
- Preparation and maintenance of risk assessments, risk action plans and security plans for multiple sites.
- Preparation and maintenance of necessary security documentation to support Regional sites. Such documentation includes, but is not limited to, security plans, standard operating procedures, evacuation plans, information security plans.
- Drafting all Security Scopes of Works, Statements of Requirement and ensuring that all logistical needs are planned for and delivered.
- Provides operational security guidance to the leadership team.
- Overseeing design and installation of technical security architecture and security related construction.
- Works with the FEED and EPC Contractor to deliver long term sustainable security plans and procedures.
- Assist with management of site security and safety systems and identify for correction any deficiencies.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager to plan and deliver all security requirements that have been agreed in the planning phase.
- In coordination with the SDMS, develop and implement contingency, evacuation and reponse plans for the team.
- Conduct assurance that outsourced security service providers are meeting contractual terms.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Previous Military, Law Enforcement experience, at senior manager grade preferred.
*Proven operational experience in challenging environments.
*History of working in a management position with the ability to demonstrate a high level of diligence, initiative and accuracy with limited supervision.
*Self-starter.
*Ability to write detailed and accurate reports.
*Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple security teams at various locations.
*Previous Oil and Gas security operations experience or similar - essential.
