Our client a large oil & gas operator, is searching for two Materials Coordinators for their Montney Operations in Wonowon, BC on a 14/14 rotation.

* The role includes the execution of tasks associated with Laydown Controller activities which are coordinated and monitored by the Materials Management Lead. This position will support the Pipeline Construction, as well as the Well Pads in Montney.

Primary Functions:

*Monitor the control of receiving and issuing of stock to ensure that the correct material is received and issued to operations in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures all transactions are properly recorded in the SAP System.
*Maintaining Organization of Montney Warehouse Well Pad and Pipeline material incoming and outgoing - but also staging material for project requirements.
*Ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility. Unsafe acts and/or conditions, no matter in what area of responsibility, are to be reported so corrective actions can be taken.
*Shipping, and Receiving ensuring that all material is shipped and received in good order.
*Reservation Management to ensure accuracy and availability based on original requirements.
*Maintaining Inventory Accuracy during goods movements.
*Ensuring the timely recording of consumption and transfer of material requirements based on business priorities.
*Maintaining a safe work environment.
*Document Control ensuring packing slips, MSDS, MTR and QM/QI/NCR/OS&D are completed
*Complies and Assist with all internal and external audits including Procurement (SOX) and financial audits and ensures that physical stock balances are reconciled, and discrepancies resolved, in a timely and efficient manner.

Critical Skills:

*Extensive knowledge of Pipeline Construction
*Thorough working knowledge of Inventory Management, Scheduling, policy, business process and SAP
*Familiar with SAP, Microsoft etc
*High level of communications skills
*Good planning and organizational skills.
*Good team member skills.

Qualifications:

*Candidate must have Pipeline Construction experience
*Scheduling Experience
*SAP knowledge of MM (Materials Management)
*Technical Diploma
*Oil & Gas experience is desirable

MONTNEY BACKGROUND: Montney Business Unit is rapidly growing and a significant element of the company. The asset is in North-eastern British Columbia approximately 100 kilometres West of Fort St. John and is comprised of over 100,000 acres. The Montney assets is in a region of thick over pressured Triassic and spans the wet gas to volatile maturity windows. The Montney play is split into three sections, GSA-1, GSA-2 and GSA-3. The southern section of GSA-2 and GSA-3 will be exploited initially as the Appraisal Phase of the overall development plan. The northern section of acreage will be exploited later. The Scope of Work for the Montney Appraisal Project consists of the design and installation of the following facilities:
Camp - Gas Plant - Water Hub including water storage pond - Gathering Pipelines - Sales Gas Pipeline - Liquid Sales Pipeline - Fresh Water Supply Pipeline including water intake and booster station - Multi-well Pads - Well Pad Fuel Gas Pipelines - Well Pad Treated Water Supply Lines - Disposal Infrastructure - Power Generation.
