The Role:
Key Accountabilities
* Works closely with field, asset and operation teams to optimize production, operating costs and execute capital programs in a safe and efficient manner.
* Prepares economic evaluations on a variety of potential plant ideas, and brings forward to Management those projects that add value to Client or are a regulatory/safety requirement.
* Works with A&OI (Asset and Operating Integrity) on plant corrosion mitigation strategies and failure investigations.
* Works with Plant operators on alarm / shutdown management and shutdown planning.
* Works with M&R (Maintenance and Reliability) on rotating equipment scheduled maintenance planning and unscheduled failures. Understands critical spare parts required and critical spare parts in stock.
* Works with Joint Interest and plant partners to secure approval for capital projects and annual expenses on plant functional units and field gathering system.
* Understands Plant CO&O's and the Gathering System CO&O's and amending agreements. Influences change to these agreements when required.
* Works closely with field, asset and operation teams to optimize production, operating costs and execute capital programs in a safe and efficient manner.
* Reviews inlet and outlet gas chemistries and liquid yields, looking for and understanding changes.
* Understands in depth the hydrocarbon recovery and hydrocarbon treating process at each plant (bbl./MMscf) and how to maximum liquid recoveries.
* Works with Internal persons on applicable MoE, Environmental sustainability organization, OGC, and TSBC Regulations and Audits.
* Works with various Internal persons including but not limited to: Facility Engineers, Joint Interest, Production Accounting and Equalization in order to achieve goals.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
* Senior level, typically 7-10 years of experience.
* Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field.
* Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems.
* Influences others to achieve objectives.
* Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset.
