The Role

As Durability and Reliability Attribute Engineer, you and your team have the responsibility to achieve the durability and reliability attribute target through attribute management, test and development work by cooperating with wider attribute teams. You will support during prototype build and verification activities to identify the durability and reliability attribute issues and solve them. That means that you will work with a wide range of functionality cross all departments.

Responsibility

* Communicate with relevant system engineers and supplier which is located in EU, manage the process of the durability tests performed in EU.
* Support durability attribute and reliability international team to set the vehicle, system level target according the PAP and BM, and monitoring during the program process.
* Work closely with the durability and reliability attribute team to guarantee to achieve the target;
* Summarize the issue report and according to program milestone to report to project manager about the durability attribute process;
* Develop the verification method and evaluation criteria for durability tests of the system and component applying new technology with the attribute team.
* Cooperate with other global durability attribute responsible engineer, and share information;
* Regular communication with the durability and reliability attribute teams internationally;
* Summarize at the end of the program;
* Build up competence for global team, train the dispatched engineering.

Requirements

* Good knowledge vehicle durability and reliability attribute development, strong on collaboration and coordination across functions.
* Experience working in automobile OEM is preferred.
* Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
* Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics
* Fluently speaking English for international communication and meeting.
