Electrical Technician

The Role:
Main duties:

*Build of vehicle wiring harness to drawings
*Build, design, modification of low and high volt vehicle harness
*Installation of harness to prototype vehicles and test cells
*Support production line build and fault finding/correction activities
*Recognise and diagnose engine and vehicle running faults
*Conduct experiments and collect data
*Build and set equipment for experiments
*Fabrication of bespoke components/brackets
*Maintain communication with project engineers
* Manage and prioritise workloads to achieve project demands
*Work shift patterns when required

Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria):

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Engineering BTEC and/or equivalent
*Auto electrical and harness build experience
*Knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture
*Full UK driving licence and valid passport is required
*HV/hybrid vehicle build experience would be advantageous
*Must be willing to work shifts
