The Role

You will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars' safety. Together with other engineers around the world, you and your team will create innovative technology of safety and light weight.

As safety attribute development expert, you and your team have the responsibility to achieve safety attribute target through attribute management, test and development work by cooperating with attribute integration team. You will support during prototype build and verification activities to identify the attribute issues and solve them. That means that you will work with a wide range of functionality cross all departments.


* Responsible for safety Attribute with cooperating of safety attribute leader according to work content internationally.
* Support team to set up the attribute vehicle, system target and breakdown, monitoring during the program process;
* Focus on E-NCAP & US-NCAP protocol and EU& US regulation. Identify risk of NCAP and regulation, make sure the company achieve NCAP 5satr and meet regulation in EU &US market;
* Conduct the localization development and validate in EU and US, resource E-NCAP &US-NCAP official test lab, organize the formal test;
* Optimize the system performance according to CAE result and crash test data, raise optimum proposal;
* Responsible for E-NCAP and US-NCAP protocol test subjective assessment such as post-test subjective assessment, CRS static and dynamic assessment, SBR assessment and so on;
* Train the dispatched engineers, ensure safety team member involving in EU&US market safety development. Transfer the workload step by step in terms of US & other market. Build up competence for global team;
* Communication with suppliers, ensure safety component meet our requirement if needed;
* Efficient communication with internal partners and dispatched engineers.


* Good knowledge in vehicle safety attribute integration, vehicle structure, safety component and global safety regulation and NCAP protocol. Structure and occupant restraint system CAE background is better.
* Substantial safety development experience working in automobile OEM and responsible for at least one project independently.
* Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results.
* Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, mechanical, mechatronics.
* Knowledge of relevant safety engineering resource in Europe.
* Fluently speaking English for international communication and meeting.
