The Company:
Our client is a highly-reputable designer and manufacturer of sports and racing cars, who are currently investing massively in R&D within their infotainment/connected car department to bring new and innovative technologies into their upcoming models. With 3 concept cars in development, including the world's first 'all electric' Hypercar, this is a fantastic time to join this iconic brand and make your mark.

The Role:
Based on-site in picturesque East England, you will be directly involved with the Research & Development Strategy into new Infotainment technologies and how they can be incorporated into our client's vehicles. You will have a strong background knowledge of automotive infotainment, and will apply your strategic and project management skills to taking this forward.

Responsibilities:
- Set plan, strategy and process for innovation/new tech related work
- Build relationship with other incubator and start-up agent in different country
- Join different tech events worldwide to scout for valuable new company or tech
- Release new tech roadmap and recommend valuable start-up for review/next step.
- Work closely with the Director/Head of Infotainment and connectivity, Chief Engineer of infotainment, and other managers to set the strategy of innovation.
- Managing a small team to scout new tech/knowledge/application around the world and see the possibility to work with that in our vehicle.
- Analyse and create process for scouting new tech/applications
- Build connections with different regional incubators or start-up agents for information on new companies and events
- Set focused area for the scouting event.
- Build process on evaluation the customer value of new tech and new application.
- Present your findings and recommendations of possible next steps to management team.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in innovation or incubator
* Project management skills
* Team leader skills
* Excellent knowledge of current Automotive infotainment technologies
* Knowledge regarding IP related work.
* Innovation leader, coach and scout.
