The Role

As an expert of Vehicle Dynamic Function validation and tuning, you have the responsibility to achieve relative attribute target through attribute management, test and development work. You will support during prototype build and verification activities to identify the attribute issues and solve them. That means that you will work with a wide range of functionality cross all departments.

Responsibility

* Responsible for Vehicle Dynamic Function validation and tuning, including ESP, Air suspension, Active anti roll bar, Rear wheel steering and Torque Vectoring etc.
* Cooperate with VD attribute leader according to work content internationally.
* Communicate with relevant system engineers. Setting the vehicle, system level target for function, according the PAP and BM, and monitoring during the project process.
* Optimize the system performance to guarantee to achieve the target;
* Summarize the issue report and according to program milestone to report to program manager about VD function process;
* Evaluation and tuning in different phase with development team, including supplier, making proposal and solution to system even components responsible engineers to optimize the vehicle performance, make sure the program delivery is on time.
* Summarize at the end of the program;
* Cooperate with other global VD function responsible engineers, and share information;
* Focus on EU & US market suitable VD function development & tuning with VD international team member involving in, transfer the workload step by step including transfer of the workload internationally.
* Investigation EU&US legal & market requirements and validation for these requirements.

Requirements

* Good knowledge in VD function attribute and tuning in general, strong on collaboration and coordination across functions.
* Good knowledge in E/E and function strategy.
* Experience working in automobile OEM is preferred.
* Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results
* Bachelor degree in automobile, electrical engineering, mechatronics
* Knowledge of relevant human/engineering resource in European, especially vehicle dynamic function;
* Fluently speaking English for international communication and meeting.
