The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to start work in early January 2020. This role is on offer on a long term contract basis, based in Dalby, Darling Downs.

In this role you will be responsible to ensure that the maintenance planning and scheduling activities and functions are undertaken and implemented within identified time frames, ensuring accuracy and alignment to meet Safety Critical Equipment compliance and production planning and forecast.

* To Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly planning and scheduling meetings with fellow maintenance planners and operations personnel.
* Raise purchase requisition and review completed draft invoicing for completeness and accuracy within identified time frames.
* Alignment and coordination of planning and scheduling of operations maintenance activities
* Risk assessment of work environment
* Key recommendations expected: Identification of upcoming SCE's , changes to work instructions and procedures and policies
* Liaise with external consultants, contractors, OEM's to ensure deliverables are consistent with Company's maintenance standards and site asset requirements;
* Actively network and build relationships with vendors, service providers and industry peers

This role is Dalby based but requires intermittent travel to Brisbane and other field based operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Trade qualified in mechanical or electrical
* Circa 5 years as a maintenance scheduler in CSG or similar heavy industry
* Solid technical understanding of reciprocating engine and compression plants or other similar heavy industry
* Good technical understanding of water treatment processing, CSG well sites and power generation or other similar heavy industry
* Proven leadership of coordinating planning and scheduling meetings
* Experience working in SAP with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a planner or scheduler role
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in the use of Management of Change (MoC) and Risk Assessment (RA)
