The Role:
Customer Service Advisor required for a long term contract based in our Engineering client's Coventry Offices

Hours Monday - Friday for a 40 hour week (8 hours a day 8.30am - 5pm)

Duties include but are not restricted to:

Customer Service Responsibilities.
Answering 50+ phone calls per day

Dealing with emails
Resolving customer issues
Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
Root cause analysis and issue prevention

Overtime paid at overtime rate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Current relevant experience required

Able to multi-task
Able to deliver a first class customer experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment
A high level of IT literacy including Excel
