The Role:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm (40hr week)


Key Responsibilities and duties are to:-

* Raise orders received
* Identify and process priority orders
* Spot anomalies, communicate, manage and confirm they have been completed
* Log and escalate issues (e.g. pricing, incorrect set up in SAP-training given)
* Organise any ad-hoc delivery requirement (overnights, same day, samples, catalogues) SAP training given
* Keep on top of filing, archiving

**Able to work overtime at busy times**

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Able to develop close working relationship with customers
