The Role: Based Coleshill, Birmingham, B46
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Scheduler / Administrator to undertake Engineers site scheduling & ensuring the training administration is up-date. Also to dealing with bookings, record keeping etc.
In addition to offer administration support as back up for the wider administration team during times of absence. These duties may include order entry, invoicing, Purchase order handling and Quotations.

Role details:- Service Scheduler / Administrator

* Responsible for efficient and timely scheduling of Engineers work on Customers site.
* Ensure timely responses to business support requests.
* Own and operate the departments training records in accordance with GDPR requirements
* Update the Global Training database
* Book all the departments' Internal and external training courses, both local and overseas
* Ensure Engineers training is up to date, and renewed prior to expiration
* Achievement against set KPI's and agreed personal objectives
* Develop a strong relationship with the Field Service Engineers

Essential Skills / Qualifications: Service Scheduler / Administrator
SAP experience required
Experience in Scheduling
Ability to work to timescales and deadlines
Self-motivated/Dynamic
Following business processes
Proactive Systematic approach and process orientated
Ability to cope with fast paced environment
IT Literate
