About the role:
The Office Administrator/Receptionist is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of services at the London office. This will encompass, security, building management, catering, post management and general office duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work with and lead the Receptionist(s) to ensure smooth running of the reception at all times.
* Managing relationships with key suppliers including facilities, office supplies, printing, company travel agent, and general office services.
* Administer essential central services such as building security, maintenance, reception, mail, corporate credit card, corporate travel, stationery and equipment, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
* Liaise with building landlords and managing agents in order to resolve any property issues that arise at the London office.
* Focal point for building management - potential for contact out-of-hours in the event of an office problem.
* Supervision and coordination of contractors on site.
* Check that contractual work has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
* Assist and coordinate office moves.
* Provide information and support on space planning.
* Organise new staff onboarding programme
* Organising Company events
* Project management for ad hoc projects as and when required
