About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join a leading international Marine & Engineering Consultancy. The Project Administrator will join the Energy team in London to support their projects with administrative and Document Control tasks.

The successful candidate will be reporting in to the Project Services Team Manager and will play an integral role as part of a project delivery team. They will need to be highly organised in order to anticipate, prioritise and plan a busy workload and manage the demands in a fast paced, professional environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Supporting the Project Management and Project Team with all administrative requirements.
* Liaising with project personnel to ensure that all project documentation and files are centrally located and accessible.
* Client / surveyor liaison, coordination and logistics during project mobilisation and attendance.
* Supporting the Team Leader and the Project Managers with Accounts' on invoicing and payment pre-approval procedures.
* Assistance with travel booking and any Visa requirements as required by Project Manager or Director.
* Database management of contract/legal documents.
* Assistance in coordination of Contract Variations, Contractual letters and other commercial materials.
* Support/cover Document Control when required: Management of the Master Document Register's (MDR's), comment sheets, certificates, and survey document transmittals.
* Assist in tendering for securing further work, preparation of price schedules and CTRs to achieve business objectives as identified by the reporting line.

Secondary duties:
* Coordination of Freelancer's specific to project including induction and maintenance of CVs.
* Undertaking secretarial and marketing activities in other areas of the company as specifically requested.
* Responding to queries in the absence of the Project Manager.
* To comply with current revisions of the company's internal procedures, guidelines and HSE/QA system.

Required Skills:
* A-Levels / Higher or equivalent
* Familiar with Document Control processes
* Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
* Scheduling and organisation
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Proven track record with large international projects
