The Role:
LOCATION: LNG Terminal, Sabine Pass, Texas

Earthworks and Brownfield Superintendent is a multi-discipline individual who focuses on all aspects of early site
works/earthworks for both the brownfield and greenfield construction site on the Export project. Additionally,
Earthwork and Brownfield Superintendent will focus on structural and piping works in the brownfield site and piling
operations in the greenfield area . Superintendent position will include review of Contractor deliverables as well as
oversight of project team personnel. The role is characterized by:
* Champion Worker Safety Programs
* Oversee site contractor construction activities during Execution Phase
* Forward looking professional, able to advise and assist contractor in execution
* Provide the interface between the work face and the EW & Brownfield Lead
* May serve as the lead company representative at sub-sites when the Construction Site Manager or
Construction Site Lead are not present
* Provide construction core competency to Project Team and advise contractor of upcoming challenges
* Ensure good communications and relations with the contractors

Responsibilities of the Position Title shall include the following:
* Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team members
* Assist contractor in early site construction planning/construction planning prior to site mobilization
* Serve as day-to-day interface with contractor and craft labor during the Construction Phase, providing a focus on safety,
quality, cost, and schedule
Provide safety monitoring/leadership
Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues/progress
Provide oversight of contractor's materials management/verification systems
Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans
Monitor workforce productivity and progress relative to schedule
Monitor environmental compliance, as required
Interface with contractor for field level changes, e.g., scope, costs, etc.
Verify post-site arrival of procured equipment and engineering equipment
* Provide on-site support to the EW & Brownfield Construction Site Lead as required
* Provide support to commissioning/systems completion as required
* Coordinate Quality Audits and other site surveillance activities
* Perform other duties as requested
* Help develop Early Career Professionals

* Technical degree
* 10+ year site experience in civil, structural and piping
- or -
* High School/Technical Training
* 15+ years construction experience in Civil, Structural, Piping and Mechanical
* MUST have Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card or be able to obtain within 30 day of
* Thorough knowledge of Brownfield work
* Familiar with EM Work Management System
* Scheduling experience is recommended
