The Role:
Primary Responsibilities:

* Primary role is to confirm and schedule company natural gas trading activity with counterparties, pipelines, and internal system requirements within Tariff and company procedures.
* Daily nominations, confirmations, and actualization of company volumes across all nomination cycles with pipelines and replicate volume flows in Endur system each day
* Maintains knowledge of volume obligations for equity and 3rd party contracts and ensures nominations are within contractual limits to minimize risk around volume flows and eliminate penalty exposure
* Monitors EBB for critical pipeline information including operational restrictions and communicates pertinent information to traders and management
* Ensures that all purchases, sales, transportation, imbalances and trading related activity that impacts P/L is input into Endur system


Detailed Responsibilities:

* Schedule and confirm all physical purchases and sales, transportation and storage volume activity with pipelines, customers, and LDC's to ensure accuracy of volumes each nomination cycle with multiple pipelines each day
* Minimize company exposure to penalties for gas scheduling activity by working with customers and traders to communicate daily activity is within pipeline Tariff procedures
* Ensure all trading activity for each nomination cycle is entered into Endur system to allow for billing of all activity including imbalances, pipeline transportation charges, and purchase and sales
* Reviews and verifies pipeline volumes and transportation invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies each month in a timely manner
* Actualized volume nominations multiple regional pipelines, storage operators, and LDC's within a region in conjunction with each day's nomination cycle
* Communicate all relevant pipeline information including maintenance, operational restrictions, and flow activity to team and management
* Maintain operational data for purchases and sales activity for contractual compliance to ensure volumes within limits are monitored
* Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports and schedules of pipeline activity on multiple pipelines
* Required to meet daily time deadlines to input transactions into our Endur system for accounting and position reporting for all scheduling activity on multiple pipelines
* Maintain full compliance of the commercial activities in terms of policies, procedures and standards supported by Compliance , Middle and Back Office

Position Requirements:

* Requires excellent organizational and analytical skills, self-motivated and ability to adapt easily to rapid changes and work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization
* Ability to manage complex deals and meet established dead lines, goals and requirements
* Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
* Weekend and holiday work as required to manage the scheduling activity in the region and special projects from time to time
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other applicable discipline
* Natural Gas scheduling experience and Endur ETRM experience of 1 year minimum
* Ability to communicate in Italian a plus
