The Role:
As Head of Data Analytics, Insights and Advisory Services, you will report into the Chief Data Officer and Digital Data Hub leader. You will directly responsible for providing business insights, analytics and advisory solutions using critical business information and ensuring its availability for key data consumers in alignment with the business's vision and objectives.

The role is responsible for the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence required to deliver the mission, vision, strategies, objectives, and goals of the company, and serves to organize and assemble the people, technology, processes, and financial resources necessary to address the current and future analytics needs of the business and evangelizes that information and data are key business assets. The role is responsible for operationalizing the use of data and information in order to deliver optimal performance.

* Develops and implements strategies for management visibility into data-driven insights that inform the business's strategic direction and KPI's.
* Oversees and monitors all activities of the data analytics processes, teams and technology.
* Work closely with the regional, functional, country, and business unit data and analytics teams to drive consistency of data management and governance across the enterprise. * With local data leaders, supports the delivery of high-quality execution of the diverse array of project and program deliverables.
* Builds, maintains, and improves the existing business intelligence and analytics tools available to the business.
* Deploy data science techniques and teams to discover data opportunities, reduce data inefficiencies and mitigate data risks.
* Develops and integrates community of data science talent; co-creates data driven work practices; scales and shares data-driven best practices.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
This person will be qualified to a minimum of MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or Maths based discipline. Alongside a minimum of 10 years' experience working within data analytics with a proven track-record of combining diverse functions across analytics, insights and data science to deliver successful data analytic based projects. In addition to the above, you will have experience across market and business intelligence, strategic planning and project management.
