The Role:
A leading digital energy management and automation company are looking for a dynamic Field Service Co-ordinator to join the team at their Birchwood office in Warrington.

Enthusiastic and confident team players, the coordinators are responsible for facilitating all internal tasks required to enable the engineers to provide a world class service. Being an integral part of a fast moving, ever-evolving business, you must have the strong time management skills and a good work ethic.

This position requires an individual with strong communication skills who can effectively communicate with customers, internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner and adhere to customer specific requirements, updating customer portals, scheduling visits, uploading reports.

Further responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders in chronological order
* Ensuring all customer purchase orders are processed within 24 hours, escalating any issues following the company standards.
* Creation and maintenance of customer accounts using BFS, Salesforce and SAP.
* Scheduling of Maintenance and Inspection Visits.
* Proactively manage your specific accounts in conjunction with Project managers.
* Creation of billing and invoice documents using SAP.
* Customer updates.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Computer literate - Microsoft office and Salesforce. SAP is desirable but not essential.
* Account Coordination experience within a service environment
* Experience of working in a Customer/Client Service environment

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* SAP user
