The Role:
As a Test Engineer, you will responsible for ensuring the latest products and prototypes are stringently tested to the required standards of both the company and the industry. Working within a laboratory environment, you will test, analyse and report on the performance of products to ensure quality and suitability, whilst working closely with design, research and development to continuously improve the quality and performance of products. This will include the following tasks:

* To test, analyse, and report the performance of products from external partners and for customers with impartiality.
* Provide technical expertise to Engineering Development, Commercial, Quality, and Product Marketing.
* Create laboratory documents such as test plans, test reports, certificates, and thermo-graphic images efficiently using software provided.
* Provide support to other business functions such as quality, purchasing and customer service when carrying out investigation or evaluation of existing or new components and assemblies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Minimum of HNC or HND in an Engineering discipline, with Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing being preferred.
* You should have 3 years' experience in an engineering environment with experience of product test or laboratory environments.
* You should have experience of following procedures & methods, manufacturing techniques.
* Experience in using Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL. PowerPoint).
