The Role:
Based on the direction from the HR Services Employee Care Lead, you will provide first-point-of-contact support for all human resources inquiries from employees and retirees across client on a variety of HR processes, policies, practices and programs. Key responsibilities also include case management from initiation to completion by coordinating processes. In this role, you will also partner with the broad HR team to ensure effective support of the business and delivery of HR services.

Responsibilities
* Responds to queries and provides guidance in line with clients' HR processes, policies, practices and programs
* Case manager for employee inquiries, including facilitation and coordination with internal HR teams and oversee full process to completion
* Provides HR support and advice to clients on various HR topics
* Provide high quality, timely resolution and professional customer service via online portal, telephone and chat
* Collaborate with the HR partners to resolve complex matters and find solutions and escalate matters not resolved at the first point of contact to the appropriate stakeholders
* Thoroughly and accurately record all inquiries using case management application and maintenance of HR data in SAP
* Support the administration of various human resources programs for employees and leaders
* Contribute to work managed through a queue to ensure service level targets are met
* Identify opportunities to improve our service focused on effectiveness and efficiency as well as simplify processes
* Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities as well as projects or initiatives

Qualifications and Education
Qualifications:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong proficiency in SAP, case management applications, and Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
* Ability to resolve inquiries in an effective and timely manner while managing competing priorities in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Solid organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic and complex organization
* Highly motivated to work in an open, team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset

Education/Experience:
* College or university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Four or more years of HR or relevant experience
* Minimum of one year in a service role with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Experience with HR ServiceNow is considered an asset
