The Role:
The Organization Management role will be responsible to support the building and maintenance of the Human Resources (HR) organizational structure within SAP, transitioning employees between SAP & Success Factors.

* Key Accountabilities:

* You will partner with various internal groups to support the HR Community and leaders

* Oversee and ensure standardized processes and procedures are documented, understood and followed

* Perform audits to ensure accurate and timely management of SAP and workforce data

* Actively participate and/or lead additional team projects

* Manage incoming processing requests through an online case management tool (Service Now)

* Support the building and maintenance of the organizational structure within SAP

* Required Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of experience in workforce planning, organizational management, and/or general Human Resources within a large HR organization

* A post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint

* Exceptional communication skills and you are able to build strong relationships across an organization to accomplish shared outcomes

* Project management and influencing skills with an ability to manage and organize multiple priorities

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset

* Experience working within HR technology platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow

* One year of experience with SAP HR modules

* Functional knowledge of HR policies, programs and processes
