The Role:
The successful candidate is a seasoned practitioner who is:
* Experienced developing and implementing an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy and Plan(s);
* Able to work with the Business Unit (BU) leads through the development of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plans for the BUs they support, including the identification of the impacted Stakeholder groups and their leaders throughout all the phases of this initiative;
* Able to work with the Communications and Training resource on ensuring alignment between Communications Plan, Training Plan, Content and OCM Plans for each Business Unit;
* Committed to develop collaborative partnerships within the Business Units and Communications over the long term;
* Comfortable navigating in a large, complex organization;
* Passionate about how best in class Organizational Change Management contributes to employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible to:

* Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
* Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by this initiative.
* Develop the OCM and training Business Unit specific plans with the support of the BU leads;
* Collaborate with the Communications lead in the development of communication;
* Understand the demographics across the organization;
* Contribute to the development of the Initiative scorecard reporting;
* Build Initiative Stakeholder engagement, culture and values;
* Complete change management assessments;
* Identify and manage anticipated resistance;
* Create actionable deliverables for these change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, resistance management plan;
* Support and engage initiative leaders and sponsors;
* Coach leads and project managers;
* Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities;
* Coordinate efforts with other specialists including Communications Lead and Training resources;
* Integrate and keep up-to-date change management activities into project plan;
* Evaluate and ensure user readiness along with BU leads;
* Manage stakeholders;
* Track and report issues;
* Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; and
* Support change management at the organizational level;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications and Education

* Relevant Bachelor's degree with a minimum 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management;
* A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Excellent active listening skills;
* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
* Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere;
* Forward looking with a holistic approach;
* Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics;
* Problem solving and root cause identification skills;
* Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization;
* Must be a team
