The Role:
* Prepare and format regulatory evidence and materials, such as applications, information requests and responses, correspondence, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word (and Word templates), Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat;
* Ensure Regulatory submissions go through quality control; including:
* proofing changes to documents,
* implementing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checklists,
* checking formats,
* preparing documents for filing and printing, and
* updating distribution lists before documents are sent out;
* SharePoint site set-up and maintenance, including organizing folders, managing permissions, using SharePoint to manage all types of documents, and ensuring regulatory record completeness by saving filings to appropriate SharePoint locations;
* Assist with creation and periodic updates to project status reports, including tracking regulatory filings statistics and maintaining regulatory benchmarking database;
* Documentation of day-to-day tasks, functions and training in the continuing development of team processes and tools;
* Interest in developing more efficient ways to track Project activities and regulatory requirements;
* Other tasks and projects as required.

Ideal Qualifications
* 3-4 years of industry experience, preference given to experience with technical writing and/or managing regulatory documents
* High School diploma (or equivalent) and/or related post-secondary education (certificate, diploma, degree) in administration is required;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong skills in other MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in Adobe Acrobat is required, experience in SharePoint and SAP also an asset;
* Knowledge of regulatory filing procedures is considered an asset
* Detail oriented
* Aptitude and interest in using and leveraging technology effectively;
* Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;
* Demonstrated client service approach with ability to confirm that plans and actions are clear and inclusive;
* Strong teamwork skills and collaborative approach to working with others;
* Well-developed planning and organizational skills; prioritizes work to maximize efficiency;
* Sound decision-making, judgement and discretion;
* Flexible and thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and circumstances
* Position may require occasional overtime and travel
