The Role:
General Information
As part of the Human Resources Shared Services team, reporting to the Manager of HRIS, this role will participate in projects as a SuccessFactors expert and will consider integration and process implications of new or proposed functionality. This individual will also provide support for end-to-end processes across technology platforms.

Responsibilities
* Play a key role in HR projects and initiatives as a SuccessFactors expert to ensure integration with existing systems and processes
* Drive configuration and process changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes across multiple systems including SuccessFactors and SAP
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners across the organization, specifically Information Services, to ensure effective integration of HR information and processes across corporate system landscape
* Provide support for end to end processes, primarily focused on Recruiting and Onboarding; take ownership of requests and coordinate resolution across SAP, SuccessFactors and other systems
* Escalate and collaborate with other teams as required to ensure timely and efficient resolution of cases
* Review requests for enhancements to SuccessFactors and translate business requirements into technology-based solutions
* Take ownership of SuccessFactors release management and support Centers of Expertise in assessment of functionality; understand the impact of changes to existing configuration and processes
* Provide change management and communication support for all system enhancements, breaks and outages
* Work with team members and user community to define business process and continuous improvement opportunities
* Provide support for and influence HR technology roadmap

Qualification and Education
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science or related field;
* Minimum 10 years of related work experience, including experience leading an HRIS team is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience would be considered
* Strong breadth of experience across HR functions
* Experience working in an HR Systems environment; SuccessFactors experience required, SAP HR and ServiceNow preferred
* Strong knowledge of HR core functional processes
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users
* Strong consulting skills required
* Excellent interpersonal skills, works collaboratively with functional, cross-functional and technical teams to build effective working relationships
* Results-oriented with strong identification and initiation of continuous improvement opportunities and the ability to manage change
* Experience in leading initiatives with strong execution and implementation skills; ability to coach and mentor others
* Accountable to meet commitments while consistently delivering results within required timelines;
* Proven systems thinker with strong analytical, process and problem resolution skills
* Ability to deal with confidential information and materials
* Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
