The Role:
The Supplier Performance Management (SPM) Coordinator is responsible to assist in implementation of the clients' SPM program, tools and practices. The SPM Coordinator will play a supporting role in helping Supply Chain and business stakeholders
Understand and implement the SPM program to capture maximum value through supplier performance management (i.e. drive strong supplier performance on projects and operations). The SPM Coordinator will engage stakeholders in the areas of Supply Chain, Project, Operations, Quality, Safety, Technical and external sources to ensure a robust supplier performance management programs is developed, maintained and continuously improved. This includes working within the broader context of Supply Chain and Category Management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and continuously improve upon the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) product offerings - framework, tools, template and best practices - for use by Supply Chain, Projects and Operations stakeholders
* Update and maintain internal processes and procedures related to SPM
* Provide support to development of Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards aligned with business goals
* Provide training sessions for Supply Chain, Projects and Operations stakeholders to communicate the value of supplier performance management and how to implement for their specific area
* Support the supplier performance and relationship management process, including performance scorecard and feedback management, to drive increased value from contracts
* Liaise with Category Management and Supply Chain representatives to understand and report on progress of supplier performance management adoption

Must Have Qualifications and Attributes:
* A post-secondary education or equivalent is required
* Four plus (4+) years of experience related to supply chain management, preferably within supplier performance management
* Strong written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail
* Customer service and relationship building capability; and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Self-initiated and able to bring complex deliverables to completion
* Prioritizing and organizational skills

Nice to Have Qualifications and Attributes
* Experience in the oil and gas industry; midstream experience
* Ability to facilitate meetings effectively to drive program / initiative implementation
