The Role:
Duties/Responsibilities
* Performs equipment surveillance, autonomous maintenance, and first-level response
* Operates equipment and understands process controls & flow (start up, shut down)
* Communicates work activities accurately in the system (shift changes, log books, daily email reporting)
* Clearly communicates and works with Hess Operations to comply with applicable Hess policies and procedures
* Complies with all Hess Rules and guidance (energy isolation, land transportation, EHS)
Experience/Skills
* Industrial / Oilfield experience
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft)
* Mechanical aptitude
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of safety requirements and practices
Education/Training
* High school diploma or equivalent required
