Project Engineer - Offshore Execution
Duties/Responsibilities
Person will be assigned to multiple disciplines in project management in the EPCI phases, ranging from coordination and interface activities or functional task for the project. Manage and execute the specific assign scope.

Responsible for identifying potential risk from EPCI activities and raise it to the project Team. Coordinate across organisation to find the best trade-off point and moving the EPCI activities forward towards project target. Propose plan to achieve the competitive design from past experiences of discipline, commissioning engineer, pre-operation and operation.

During Operation phase;

* Responsible for resolving interface issues and coordinating closure of issues between engineering and construction/ engineering and commissioning for all projects.
* Identify and manage resource requirement to meet schedule and targets.
* Give feedback to line management for improvements as required.
* Participate in project/Engineering/ Vendor kick off meetings. Responsible for coordinating internal meetings (within company) and external (with class and/or Client) for resolving issues when required.
* Monitor and guide all discipline lead engineer on project requirements.
* Report development requirements of engineers/office facilities.
* Planning of resources to execute project activities.
* Support project management team in ensuring proper handling of change management process.
* Facilitate cohesive and discipline environment in the assigned location.
* Mentor and coach junior engineers.

Qualification/Experiences
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years experience onshore/offshore oil and gas area or shipyard or FPSO line(s) or MS degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience with additional qualification/ certificate (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered.
* Experience of at least 2 company or other FPSO projects as project engineer.
* Understanding of EPCI execution process, project target, and translate it into plans and actions. Ability to forecast the schedule and cost to complete the scope of work.
* General knowledge of the technologies covering offshore facilities plus significant assigned.
* Overall understanding of internal economic factors to which assigned.
* Regularly in touch with vendors for new/updates equipment/product design.
* Demonstrates good verbal, written and presentation skills.
* Possess interpersonal skills to work with across functional and managerial boundaries, and multinational workforce.
* Having working behavior driven by target of the project
