The Role:
To support in the definition, communication, negotiation and completion of job offer proposals and other C&B analysis in line with Company international mobility policies and compensation procedures. To assist with the delivery of training, personal/technical and career Development initiatives and to support with administrative related tasks.
DCB Analyst Responsibilities:
* To provide support for preparing, describing and negotiating salary proposals
* To provide support in the finalisation of Salary Review/Performance bonus review processes
* To be responsible for the updating of HR and other systems and for filing all documentation
* To progressively become able to support the Compensation and Benefits Team, Resourcing Team, HR Advisors and Global Mobility colleagues with policy interpretation, annual compensation cycles and day to day query
* To take part in projects regarding Business Development, International Compensation Standards and Benefits, Benchmarking and International Mobility
* To support in comparing data from external providers and internal policy and parameters in order to benchmark salary levels and benefits
* Ad hoc and administration duties as and when required
* To support the team where required to meet its annual obligations, e.g. budgeting, forecasts, Contract Renewals /set -ups / extensions, process and policy updates, etc.
* To assist with analysing company resources and their completion of any internal surveys, training, Development initiatives, Potential Assessment Centres, performance programs, etc.
* To support with Monthly Cost Accrual Reports
* To support the coordination of employee Development Assessment Centres and other ad hoc courses/events
* To support with Professional Membership and training Expense Claims Processes
* To assure tracking of invoicing obligations
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualification (university degree in HR or other relevant specialism)
* Overall experience in the C&B Department
* Knowledge of the principles of compensation for expatriates is an advantage (e.g. COL - hardship - etc.)
* Previous Experience in training and Development is an advantage
* Strong Excel knowledge and experience
* Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
* Analytical and numeracy skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Accuracy and attention to details
* Initiative and proactive attitude in solving problems and prioritising workload
