The Role:
Fircroft are seeking a HR Analyst for a 12 month contract for an Oil & Gas company within London

Duration: 12 months contract
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
Hourly Rate: Circa £17

To act as a focal point for coordination of global mobility process and employee management issues in a dedicated region. This includes administrative and stand-in support.

Coordinate end to end employee onboarding through the life-cycle of mobilisation, including HR service coordination and briefings;
Administer the mobility process by dealing with relocation arrangements, preparation of personnel documentation including contracts, side letters, etc.;
Initiate and manage suppliers for relocation, immigration and other related services;
Initiate and manage internal services (payroll, finance, compensation & benefits etc);
Coordinate assignment extensions, planning of reassignments, and termination in line with applicable laws and internal policies.
Guide assignees on company governance models, procedures and policies;
Assist employees on subjects such as social security, tax, immigration, and assignment management together with dedicated internal teams and providers;
Reporting and tracking; report statistics and data to HR Operations Team Leader;
Payroll, expense report and supplier invoicing checks and approvals;
System management and data maintenance, ensuring compliance of employee folders;
Partner with internal business stakeholders to provide HR mobility advisory services;
Build and manage relationships with in-country subsidiary HR contacts;
Adhere to Company approved KPIs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Relevant diploma or degree
CIPD would be advantageous
Three or more years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles
Experience working within an international organisation and knowledge of relocation or global mobility is a plus;
