The Role:
The role:
The right candidate will support the Tax & Payroll Department in an administrative capacity including the following duties:

Key responsibility areas:
* Making arrangements for tax payments to Tax Authorities (both in UK and abroad)
* Assist with the management of the Global Outsourcing Personal Income Tax Contract including; scoping services, monitor the approvals process with local offices, booking the service entry in SAP, ensure an efficient payment and charge-back process
* Archiving tax and payroll documents
* General assistance to the TAPR team

Qualifications:
* Relevant degree (HR or other relevant)

Knowledge and experience:
* Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
* Planning and organisational skills
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
* Awareness and appreciation of multicultural organisations and work groups
* Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
* Fluent English

Skills:
* Proficient in SAP and in key MS packages e.g. Excel, Word
* Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
* Methodical and organised
