The Role:
Completion Engineering Team Leader (onshore) / Senior Well Site Leader (offshore).

Accountable for supporting the WSL's with the delivery of well construction activity in line with legislation, Drilling Contractor standards and practices.
* Quality and consistency of written completion handovers (Well, Shift & Hitch/trip).
* Implementation of completion and/or well intervention activity to deliver the business objectives.
* Accurate reporting of completion and well intervention activity.
* Ensuring all completion/intervention activities undertaken are:
 discussed in a planning meeting
 covered by procedure or "written work instruction"
 adequately risk assessed
 understood by all crew members involved in the task
 reviewed to distil lessons learned.
Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment
* Mentoring service company personnel Drilling Contractor's HSE expectations, standards, practices and behaviours.
* In cases of sub-standard performance intervening and initiating immediate corrective actions and informing WSL
* Ensuring the use of all completion chemicals are tracked and reported in accordance with Chemical Permit and rig based procedures.
* Participating in Self Verification and Oversight activities at the worksite.
* Capturing and implementing lessons learned and best practice.
General
* Review programmes for completeness of data and ensuring current/best practices employed.
* Assist completion engineers with preparation of programmes and end-of well reporting.
* Timely preparation of work instructions, tallies and inventories.
* Ensure all completion equipment required for upcoming operation is available, checked and fit for purpose.
* Ensure all downhole equipment is accurately measured (OD's, lengths), recorded and independent tallies generated for confirmation prior to running.
* Accurate and comprehensive daily reporting of completion operations.
* Provide technical support to drilling supervisor during completion operations.
* Liason with service company personnel, completion engineer and logistics to ensure correct equipment is mobilised at correct time

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Training
* Valid IWCF Intervention well control certification
* Valid UKCS Offshore Survival
* Valid UKCS Offshore Medical Certificate
