The Role:
Global HR Services is part of the Human Resources function within the Corporate Business and Functions segment and is responsible for the implementation of common global HR systems and the delivery of the global HR operational shared service support model across the organisation. The Global HR Operations organisation is embarking on a business strategy which aims to standardise and simplify its existing operations through the design and deployment of a new global HR Operating model which will deliver a consistent employee experience supported by the latest modern technologies. The business strategy will be delivered through the Workday Services Programme.

The programme aims to:
* Guide a 'step-change' in the way HR Services are delivered to employees
* Shift the current emphasis away from a high cost, hybrid delivery model to a truly global, in-house HR Services model
* Place customer-centric design (employee-centric) at the heart of all business process, service and technology decision making

The programme deliverables will be achieved by:
* The implementation of a new global HR Operations organisation driven by a network of Delivery Centres on a regional basis
* The design and deployment of standard global processes
* The procurement, design and deployment of a new global Cloud-based HR system (Workday) to process core employee data to replace the existing SAP HR system

Responsibilities
 Responsible for gathering data and information regarding in-country processes, procedures and FAQs
 Support and drive as required transition related activities for the countries
 Provide support on transition activities during the Service Rehearsal testing
 Work with the countries and HR Services to determine readiness for handover to HR Services
 Responsible for guiding countries through implementation, Go-Live and post Go-Live until the transition to HR Services is complete
 Managing countries acceptance and handover after implementation and sustainability
 Support completion of run book for handover of each country
 Provide checklists and acceptance criteria for handover
 Progress tracking on transition and handover
 Escalate cluster RAID items to Workstream Lead

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Experience of implementing Workday across an organisation with a good knowledge of the Workday suite of products - other HRIS experience will be considered (essential)
 Experience and knowledge of project management methodology (essential)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
 Strong English writing skills (essential)
 Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels; ability to understand the audience and tailor the level of interaction accordingly (highly desirable)
 Experience of dealing with multiple countries and cultures (highly desirable)
 Experience of HR systems (very useful)
 Knowledge of HR systems and processes within a large, complex, multi-national organisation (very useful)
