The Company:
As one of the worlds leading engineering companies, Our Client assists in their customer's use of electrical power and aims to increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way.

The Role:

My client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to be provide support and assist the administration of a complex project. This role will be for an initial 6 months however, for the right candidate there is a possibility to convert to staff.

Key responsibilities:
* Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline, based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks.
* Close project and update documentation.
* Submit Invoices to Payment Systems of Client
* Track and analyse projects' performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
* Measure and report on project performance. When meetings result in action item assignments, the administrator tracks them to completion. Report and escalate to management as needed
* Providing team leadership on matters of safety & integrity, ensuring that there are no safety incidents and building a team culture of actively reporting hazards, near misses.
* Track and analyse project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to the management on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above

Successful candidates should possess the following:
* Diploma or equivalent in business administration
* 3-5 years experience in large multi-facet projects and service jobs
* Demonstrated experience in administration of invoicing, job establishment, tracking of costs, inputs (Timesheets, expenses, etc) - SAP knowledge (CRM & ECC modules)
* Knowledge of the Project Management Process
