The Role:
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for developing and growing the business and be committed to meet and exceed the Key Performance Indices (KPIs) (e.g. team's sales budget, customer focus, service quality, channel focus, Net Promoters Score (NPS), and compliance company policies, etc.).

The position is available on a permanent basis with attractive sales incentives, car allowance and staff benefits on offer.
Key Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:
-Increase specification of the products and systems by effectively utilising network of engineering consultants.
-Promote Stanilite, nexus, RF range of lighting
-Carry out presentations to end users, developers, operators and electrical consultants.
-Keep abreast of all major projects in order to plan effective pursuit.
-Develop and execute sales action plan following the national and state strategy for effective and sustainable growth of the business to satisfy company sales budget and profitability.
-Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales forecast based on your project pursuits and prospects
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times by resolving all NPS / Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) / SAP issues and disputes promptly.
-Prepare and follow up a complete call plan and an organised/structured call preparation .

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Trade or degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in sales and business development
- Experience with stanilite, emergency lightings, battens, nexus system, RF system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Salesforce.com, SAP ERP System,
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in securing orders for low voltage product
