The Role:
We are recruiting for an HR, IT and General Services Manager for the Benelux lubricants sales organisation. This position requires international experience.

Purpose of the position:

Ensure full and timely planning and execution of HR, IT and general services management in support of business requirements and company targets. Ensure compliance for HSEQ issues at company level and continuous update of HSEQ system

The key responsibilities

*In compliance with Company and Group HR policies, manage full HR employment cycle
*Manage the recruitment, selection, induction, development (Performance Appraisal / remuneration policy / courses/assessment centre, including use of tools HRE/Taleo)
*Ensure a smooth settlement process for expatriates arriving in The Netherlands
*Ensure timely Reporting (HR/R&M)
*Ensure a correct information flow to salary administration for EBX Expats / Locals / Contractors
*Ensure a correct HR administration, including the use of HR tools (HRE, ESS)
*Management of the Company HR insurance portfolio (company inventory insurance) and the Benelux Pension Plan
*Manage the Remuneration policy process (benchmark in cooperation with HR R&M)
*Advise on Dutch fiscal and labour law legislation
*Management of HR projects/policies (e.g. Company Handbook, benefits package, 30% ruling, inflation correction, work cost regulation, expat policy, etc.,)
*Manage the HR policies and regulations
*Manage the income tax process for expatriates
*Ensure a correct absence management (maternity, unpaid leave, vacation days)
*Manage the illness/reintegration process and act as case manager if needed
*Participate in the R&M Global HR team

*Ensure HSE compliance in relation to office maintenance activities
*Availability "on call" 24/7 on security/HSE matters for office management
*Ensure compliance of HSE related activities of the company with legal obligations, company procedures and company regulatory system.
*Ensure management of the ISO quality management system (ISO 9001)

*Ensure compliance with IT regulations, IT security and governance programs.
*Manage the IT infrastructure and assets in order to ensure overall high availability of IT services to the business.

*Manage a smooth MSG adoption process
*Ensure the compliance of the EBX Procedures
*Supervision of the organizational structure (org charts/CO's) and job profiles
*Ensure timely ORG reporting

*Manage the procurement processes
*Ensure timely reporting to S.p.A.

General Services
*Ensure procurement of goods and services for the Company in compliance with company and procedures
*Ensure efficient and effective management of company assets, including related services (security, cleaning, etc.)
*Ensure a proper use of contracts approved by the company (travel, courier, security, company cars etc.) and their effective management

*Act as Security officer for : availability "on call" 24/7 on security matters
*Guarantee adoption of and compliance to company security procedures
*Ensure timely reporting to security Function
*Manage data security (business continuity/disaster recovery)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Completed bachelor degree Human Resources Management or similar
* Good communication skills
* Distinctive analytical thinking
* Knowledge of relevant HR and HSE regulations and methodologies
* Sound knowledge of MS-Office applications, in particular Excel
* Language skills: Dutch mother-tongue and English at intermediate level,
* knowledge of Italian would be advantageous
* Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
